What types of learning formats do you run?

HELM Life's library has grown to include over 1,000 learning experiences that include both Zoom-based events and and activities that people can play on their own time like Word Search MicroLearnings and BrainGrid Challenges. Our Zoom-based events can be hosted or self-hosted and come in a few different formats, including Virtual Escape Room-style Interactive Learning events, classic Virtual Escape Rooms and Gameshow-style events, both of which include time for breakout room conversations, which we think are at the crux of any high quality online programming..

How many people can participate?

Our MicroLearnings, Coloring Contests and BrainGrid Challenges can support up to 5,000 participants, Gameshow-style Events support upt o 80 participants on buzzers and Interactive Learning Events and Virtual Escape Rooms can host 6-200 people per event. know each other.

Can I try a Demo?

You absolutely can! Demos last about 20 mins and are best experienced with 3-4 other members of your team. You can schedule a demo here.

Do you support internal communications about events and activities?

We absolutely do! Once we confirm your booking we'll send you a blurb, a calendar invite, image assets to share and a registration page to help you get the word out.

How long do events take?

The HELM Life Virtual Escape Room experience takes place on Zoom and fits into a calendar hour and takes less than 60 minutes from start to finish. Gameshow events usually run for 45-60 minutes, but can be shortened to 30 minutes if that's all the time that you have! MicroLearning and BrainGrid Challenges take about 10 minutes to play, can be played on your won time when it works best for you, and can run for a day, a week or a month - whatever timing works best for you.
