What types of learning formats do you run?
HELM Life's library includes over 1,000 learning experiences, including Zoom-based events and activities that people can play on their own time, like Word Search MicroLearnings and BrainGrid Challenges. Zoom events can be hosted or self-hosted, and formats include Virtual Escape Room-style Interactive Learning events, classic Virtual Escape Rooms, and Gameshow-style events. Each includes breakout room conversations, which are at the heart of high-quality online programming.
Can I try a Demo?
You absolutely can! Demos last about 20 minutes and are best experienced with 3–4 members of your team. You can schedule a demo here.
How many people can participate?
MicroLearnings, Coloring Contests, and BrainGrid Challenges can support up to 5,000 participants. Gameshow-style Events support up to 80 participants on buzzers, and Interactive Learning Events and Virtual Escape Rooms can host 6–200 people per event.
Do you support internal communications about events and activities?
We do! Once your booking is confirmed, we provide a blurb, a calendar invite, image assets, and a registration page to help you get the word out to your team.
How long do events take?
Virtual Escape Room events fit into a calendar hour and take less than 60 minutes from start to finish. Gameshow events typically run 45–60 minutes but can be shortened to 30 minutes. MicroLearning and BrainGrid Challenges take about 10 minutes, can be played anytime, and can run for a day, week, or month—whatever works best for your team.
