Virtual Escape Rooms by HELM Life

Virtual Escape Rooms for Teams

Ready, set, escape! Teams of 6 to 8 race each other in breakout rooms, cracking puzzles, jigsaws, riddles and clues. Everyone can move pieces and look around, so the whole team gets in on the action (no one gets stuck watching from the sidelines).

Game Show-Style Team Events

When trivia night meets Family Feud! Teams battle it out in a trivia round and a Family Feud-style showdown in the main room, then swap stories in breakout rooms. Players just scan a QR code, and their phone becomes a buzzer.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a virtual team building event planner do?
A virtual team building event planner handles the whole experience for you. HELM Life plans and hosts it all: you book a date, we send a registration page and branded promo images, and our emcee and hosts run the event on Zoom. Afterwards, you get your team photos.
How long does an online team building event take?
One calendar hour, and it wraps up in less than 60 minutes from start to finish. Every virtual escape room and game show gives teams up to 40 minutes of gameplay, plus time for a warm welcome and a recap.
How many people can join a virtual team event?
We host groups from 3 or 4 people to over 200. In virtual escape rooms, teams of 6 to 8 compete in breakout rooms. Game shows use the main room for trivia, then breakout rooms for conversation.
How far ahead should we book our online team event?
Plan for 2 to 3 weeks if people need to register. For an all-hands or a pre-scheduled meeting, 3 to 5 days can work. Groups under 30 can often book with just 1 to 2 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Do we need to run anything ourselves?
Nope! Book the event, promote it with our assets, update the dashboard two days before and share the link. Once the party starts, you have no responsibilities and can play along.
Can we try a demo before booking?
Yes. Schedule a 1:1 demo to see how a hosted virtual team-building event works. For groups of 50 or more, book a time with our sales team to talk through your plans.
