How do MicroLearning Events work?
MicroLearning Events are designed to be done in
a wordle-type way - completed by all participants in a 24 hour period! The first part teaches, and the
second tests your knowledge - resulting in a fun and competitive game for all. Some companies opt to include
customized questions, some offer prizes and all enjoy this asynchronous way to bring out the competition.
What is an Interactive Learning Event like?
Interactive Learning Events are 1-hour long
Interactive Sessions hosted on Zoom. Our emcee welcomes everyone to the event, we breakout into groups of
6-8 (each with a live host) and we jump into the collaborative learning. Over the course of an hour, teams
will research and learn while solving puzzles about a DEI topic or heritage month, while also taking time to
discuss two reflection questions. They're excellent ways to recognize and celebrate - and they're the
perfect balance of reflection and fun.
What does the DEI Internal Comms Tool Do?
Our DEI Internal Comms Tool is built as a
support for teams working on internal messaging and communications for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work.
Our library of posts gives teams pre-written blurbs to use as templates or as a jumping off point to
recognize and celebrate events internally. We're also included our custom infosheets and handouts that we
develop for each heritage month. Members will be able to brand them with their own logos to share.
How much is a membership to access these tools?
Pricing ranges from $300 to $3000/month
depending on the size of your organization.
